TRIP REGISTRATION

You made it!  Registration for Flügel Tours is simple.  All you need to is fill out the online registration form below or download the Registration Form and mail it to Flügel Tours at the address below.  A Release of Liability Waiver must be downloaded, signed and mailed to Flügel Tours even if you use on the online form.  Remember, reservations are first come, first serve and cannot be confirmed without a non-refundable deposit.

Policies & Procedures:
All trips and accommodations are based on availability and double occupancy per room. Trip prices do not include airfare, ground transportation to/from destination, or beverages.  A $500 non-refundable deposit per trip is required to guarantee the reservation.  Full trip payment is due 45 days prior to your scheduled trip.  Late payments are accessed a $50 late fee and reservations will be cancelled if full payment is not received within 30 days prior to your scheduled trip date.  All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable.  

2 Club Flügel Members are eligible to receive client referral credits.  Members are limited to two (2) referrals per year and credited the discount after the referred client has a confirmed reservation.  Referral credit is valid only for future travel with Flügel Tours.
